Aspire People are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in a special needs school located in Boston, Lincolnshire. This particular school is looking for a teaching assistant who has previous experience of working within SEN schools or residential settings, and who is interested in utilizing their skills within education. The school caters for students in KS3 and KS4. Some personal care will be required such as changing nappies when needed.

This school is currently recruiting to start immediately on a temp to perm basis. There is an option to go permanent and the pay rate is GBP84 - GBP92 per day depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone from an education background or those who have worked within Healthcare/Support Work.

The Role:
  1. Monday to Friday - 8:30 - 16:15
  2. Temp to perm contract
  3. Working one to one with students
  4. Working with a number of assistants and collaborating with the class teacher
  5. Developing social and cognitive development
  6. Supportive senior leadership team
