About the role:

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, we are seeking an enthusiasticand proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and assist in theexecution of various digital marketing projects.This role will work closely with our Digital Marketing Team, PracticeMarketeers, and other team members to support initiatives across websiteoptimisation, email marketing, social media management, performancemarketing, design, and analytics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented,creative, and eager to learn and contribute to our digital marketing efforts.

This role is a hybrid role with homeworking and time in the London office.

Your part to play: SEO Implementation:
  • Implement on-page and technical SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Assist in technical SEO techniques such as URL structure optimisation, andschema markup implementation.
Website Management and Optimisation:
  • Design and create web pages optimised for conversion and user experience.
  • Collaborate with various marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Manage website updates and maintenance across various platforms, including CMS (WordPress).
  • Implement CRO strategies to improve website conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyse user behaviour to identify areas for improvement.
Design and Copywriting:
  • Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email templates, and website banners by using designer tools like Canva.
  • Create compelling website copy and content that resonates with the targetaudience and reflects the brand's tone and voice.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilise analytical tools and dashboards to track and measure theperformance of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and identify areafor optimization.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the marketing teams to coordinate and execute various projects and initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on projectobjectives and deliverables.
Experience
  • Degree in relevant marketing or business discipline / Marketing
  • Diploma (e.g. Chartered Institute of Marketing, Digital Marketing Institute).

AND/OR

• 1-2 years marketing experience within B2B.

  • Demonstrated creativity in developing engaging and visually appealingdigital assets.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment.
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly and effectively.
  • A high degree of experience using Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Good understanding of SEO principles and strategies.
  • Basic understanding of website optimisation techniques.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment andcommunicate effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred:
  • Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com
  • Passion for digital marketing trends, technology, and innovation.
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing or related role.
