Facilities Supervisor / Up to £30,000 / St Albans/Hybrid / Permanent

My client, a leader in their market, are looking to recruit a Facilities Supervisor position on a permanent basis to support their growing team.
The successful candidate will still get stuck in and involved in the day-to-day running side of facilities, as well as supervising and mentoring the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing supplier costs to find the best prices
Monitoring the inbox and dealing with enquiries in a timely manner
Managing external contractors
Supervising the wider facilities team, delegating jobs and roles
Supporting with Administrative tasks such as logging incoming cheques, logging files & checking invoices
Ensuring the building is kept looking clean and tidy, including both client and communal areasEssential Skillset:
A minimum of 1 - 3 years in a facilities role
Previous mentoring experience is advantageous
Ability to support the wider team and guide them
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent attention to detailPackage:
Up to £30,000
St Albans & Radlett offices
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:15pm
