The Customer Experience Advisor will be responsible for Interacting with internal and external customers over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review. You will be providing quotes, processing sales orders, documenting customer complaints, and responding to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries. The Customer Experience Advisor role will be Hybrid and located at Linx House, St Ives when working in the office.
Planning and co-ordinating all UK order Admin for fluid, printers & spare parts
Complaint resolution to high standard
Managing customer data.
Experience in Customer Service in fast paced environments.
Experience using CRM systems; ideally salesforce or similar.
Being flexible and able to handle various situations and internal/external requests.
