My client is looking for an Analyst to work within an Asset Management Alternatives Private Execution and Loans Closing team to support the various business lines within the Alternative Asset Management Business.

You will be an experienced Analyst with strong skills in Loans, Loan Closing (LMA), Credit, Bonds, Equities, Private Equity and Loan Operations.

The successful individual will be expected to work in a team of Execution and Closing professionals and exhibit commercial thinking, strong attention to detail, creativity, whilst ensuring the highest level of risk management.

This is an exceptionally diverse role that entails collaboration with global Deal teams, Strategists, Controllers, Legal, Technologists, Risk, Credit, Tax, Compliance & cross Operational groups to facilitate a business that is multi-asset, dynamic and bespoke. Asset classes supported including Public & Private Securities, Loans, Loan Closing and bespoke structures for issuers which span industry sectors.

Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and control to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. Asset Management Alternatives Execution & Loans Closing team members are subject matter experts within Operations who play a critical role in supporting bespoke and varied transactions. Leverage your skills to support the closing & settlement of time-sensitive complex transactions across Alternatives asset classes including loans, private equity, bonds and FX transactions.
Interact with senior stakeholders and drive priorities

Credit, Loans, Equities / Private Equity , Bonds and Derivatives experience
Confident in their verbal and written communication, especially with senior audience
Please note this role is inside IR35/Umbrella and you will be expected in the London office 5 days per week.
