Our client is based in Greater Manchester and is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. With a focus on delivering excellence in all projects, this company offers a supportive and collaborative work environment where growth and progression are encouraged.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of quantity surveying from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed budgets and timeframes.
Undertake and manage the cost management of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay within budget and meet financial targets
• Lead the preparation, negotiation, and settlement of contractual documents including tenders, variations, claims, and final accounts
• Support the development and implementation of project management strategies, identifying and mitigating risks
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, including some project management experience
• Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and financial management
• Proficient in the use of relevant software and systems
• Experience in residential and commercial sectors is not required but would be advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
