We are looking for talented individuals with a passion to create delicious food from freshly cooked ingredients, ready to deliver exceptional service and enhance the dining experience for our esteemed members and guests.

As a Sous Chef You Will Be
Leads kitchen team in head chef’s absence.
Plan the daily operations of all kitchen sections to meet service standards.
Manage rotas in accordance to business levels
Ensures a first-in, first-out food rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organised for quality assurance
Adhere to health and safety policies at all times.
Ensure proper stock rotation and food quality assurance.
Works with head chef to maintain kitchen organisation, staff ability, and training opportunities.
Contribute to menu development with creative ideas that enhance dining experiences
Manage a clean and efficient kitchen department.
Take charge of running shifts.
Ensure producing food on time, consistently and accurately.
Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment in a similar role
Desire to learn new skills & passion for food
Attention to detail and high standards of presentation, creative flair and imagination
