Chief Operations Officer/ Projektový manažer
Kamdu přináší praxi do výuky pro mladé lidi od 14 do 26 let. Jsme společensky prospěšný projekt pro mladé lidi, kteří hledají svůj osobní či profesní směr. Formou dopoledních workshopů vedených Inspirátory (odborníci ve svém oboru) přímo v jejich pracovním prostředí se tak mladí lidé mohou učit praxí a zkoušet, co je zajímá, baví, v čem mají svůj talent a čemu by se chtěli v budoucnu věnovat. Projekt si vytyčil pět oblastí zájmu - Byznys a kariéra, Společenské změny, Svět budoucnosti, Umění & komunikace a Věda. Workshopy si může účastník vybírat dle své preference z webové aplikace, a tak si sestavit svůj individuální rozvrh.
Za 2 roky se nám podařilo uspořádat bez mála 400 workshopů pro 612 studentům, zrealizovat na 160 rozhovorů díky 18 mezinárodně certifikovaných koučů, předat studentům 1925 certifikátů a tím vším jim zařídit přes 5000 hodin inspirace. Máme pobočku v Praze a Brně. Do budoucna chceme být partnerem každému mladému člověku v ČR. Cílíme na systémovou změnu školství v přípravě mladých pro 21 století.
Co je pracovní náplní?
Každodenní řízení chodu projektu, podílení se na jeho strategickém rozvoji.
Odpovědnost za hladký provoz projektu a produktivitu týmu.
Nastavení a dohled nad plněním projektových KPIs, kontrola kvantitativních a kvalitativních ukazatelů, včasná reakce na odchylky od cílů.
Operativní řízení týmu (plánování, rozdělování a kontrola úkolů).
Zajištění chodu programu projektu - komunikace s Inspirátory a účastníky.
Budete prostředníkem mezi CEO a ostatním týmem.
Analýza stávajících provozních procesů, jejich optimalizace, digitalizace a implementace nových procesů, které zefektivní každodenní provoz projektu.
Zefektivnění spolupráce mezi týmy v rámci projektu a organizace Butterflies For Future.
Aktualizace a automatizace obchodních procesů, systematizace dat a pracovních předpisů, kontrola jejich plnění.
