Are you a Recruitment Consultant or similar looking to continually develop your career within one of the UK's fastest growing specialist Consultancies, who are known for their unrivalled commission structure and progression opportunities?

Ernest Gordon are an Engineering, Technical, IT and Finance consultancy with a head office based in Bristol City Centre. With major aims of doubling headcount and turnover year on year, in addition to diversifying into new sectors- we are looking to bring in motivated individuals to help us achieve these goals.
You will be joining a tight-knit team where you will receive ongoing training and continual support to help grow your skillset within sales and progress your career. We pride ourselves on our development processes which lead to the autonomy to manage your own desk and play a key part in the growth of the company, and to continually open new offices year on year.
