Join our dynamic team as a Sous Chef in Toyota Head office, Epsom - KT18 5UX and bring your creative flair to the table. Consistently deliver new hospitality menu to a high company standard inline with the head chef vision and clients expectation.

Run daily sections alongside kitchen team members

Responsible to run the day-to-day kitchen operation and deputising in the absence of the Head Chef.

To make sure specified standards of food handling and storage and Stock Rotation are practiced.

Support the Head chef in menu planning, costings and implementation.

To deliver Team Briefings and identify the training needs of the kitchen and individuals to meet the business needs.

To Support Head chef in delivering required standard of food, and kitchen operation.

To ensure that the uniform provided is always worn whilst on duty.

Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards

Proven initiative and creative background to exceed expectations
