They’re passionate about caring for their residents and dedicated to ensuring that they are able to enjoy the luxurious quality of their homes and the outstanding care they provide. This is retirement living as it should be, friendly, comfortable and safe homes with a sense of community.
This role is based at a brand-new purpose built 50+ bed luxury home. Facilities include a Kids play area, Hair salon and a cinema to name but a few
As a Home Manager, your role encompasses ensuring the overall well-being of our residents. You will also be responsible for leading, motivating, and guiding your team, while providing clinical direction and training to ensure the care home operates safely and efficiently. Your duties include conducting assessments and crafting personalised care plans for each resident, as well as overseeing work areas to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Emphasising residents’ independence, choice, dignity, and respect is paramount, achieved through maintaining high standards of care and actively seeking opportunities for enhancement.
A clinical background, a registered nurse with active NMC Pin
Strong commercial awareness – care industry preferred but not required
You’ll be up to date with current evidence based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations and will work using your initiative making effective decisions to improve care quality
A Registered Manager with relevant experience in a senior management capacity is desirable
Competitive Annual Bonus – OTE 50% of salary
