We aim to provide a space for players to confidently showcase their uniqueness and get a sense of belonging with Fashion League - Shaped by our community. 

As Senior Producer you will be responsible for managing the development of various and complex key areas of the development of Fashion League mobile game, ensuring the project delivers against its business goals with regards to acquisition, engagement, retention, monetisation and operations. You will be an expert problem solver who continuously innovates and improves existing processes across the project and facilitates collaboration for the team members and external stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality game that meets our players' expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with the development team, game designers, artists, engineers, QA testers and other stakeholders to translate the game vision into a clear and actionable roadmap.
  • Manage the end-to-end development processes, from concept to launch.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the project schedule and budget, and implement solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners, such as third-party developers, licensors, and platform holders.
  • Track and report on project progress, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Help define and maintain the creative vision for the game, ensuring that it aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the development team to prioritize tasks and resolve any issues that may arise during the development process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our development processes and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Producer or Project Manager in the gaming industry, with a track record of successfully delivering mobile games on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of game development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to create and maintain project schedules, identify and mitigate risks, and drive the successful delivery of projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best work.
  • Passion for mobile gaming and a deep understanding of the mobile gaming market.
