Location: Manchester, M15 5RL

Contract: Permanent, Full Time, 4 days per week on site (Manchester)

Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri with on call 1 in 3 or 4 weeks, £280 for the week you’re on (alerts & escalations from support team only).

Position

The role

You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of fault ticket and provisioning orders for our Voice customers, in line with KPIs, and will set an exemplary standard with customer service. You will also work alongside other operational teams to ensure that the customer receives the best service.

You will be part of a team with a diverse responsibility for servicing our customers across our multiple product offerings for UCaaS and CCaaS, and all entailed. In addition, there is the opportunity for the right candidate to broaden their knowledge working more closely with the cloud and cyber SME’s.

Requirements

Key technical skills needed:

  • Extensive knowledge of hosted voice solutions across UCaaS & CCaaS solutions, as well as Microsoft Teams Direct Routing & Tenancy.
  • Experience in the use of CRM’s, ideally ServiceNow & Salesforce
  • Extensive knowledge of two or more of the following – Microsoft Teams DR, BroadSoft & SIP Trunks.
