Are you passionate about data and social media? Do you want to work with some of the top content creators, public figures, and entertainment companies in the world? Our client's Global Partnerships team is looking for a Data Ops Analyst to support their EMEA operations.

The Global Partnerships team collaborates with leading content creators, music artists, athletes, and media companies. As a Data Ops Analyst, you will be at the heart of data operations, supporting the EMEA Global Partnerships team. You will be responsible for data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization, driving business results through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets using various tools and technologies.
  • Identify trends and insights from data to inform decision-making.
  • Develop templates and reports that communicate key metrics and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Act as the point-of-contact for data teams, translating methodologies to partner managers.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and handle problems calmly under pressure.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, social media, partner or project management.
  • Advanced experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau.
  • Experience in using data to spot opportunities and inform strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable narratives.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the talent/influencer and entertainment landscape in EMEA.
  • Experience with cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Proven ability to solve problems in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience prioritizing conflicting demands and focusing on impactful projects.
  • Self-starter, intellectually curious, and creative individual comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
