As a Performance Chef you will facilitate effective food production, utilising healthy cooking techniques inline with our overall goal of improving player health, performance, and recovery. Providing a professional, friendly and efficient service at CFA or off-site to all stakeholders, whilst ensuring health and safety and food hygiene standards are maintained. All whilst managing your area to ensure the kitchen and equipment is serviceable.

Prepare and present food inline with nutrition requirements as laid down by the First Team Head Chef and Nutritionist.
# Complete relevant kitchen paperwork, including Allergen logging of the daily menu items and undertaking risk assessments in line with our Health and Safety/Food Safety/ Food.
# Controlling and ordering food and service items to ensure optimum stock levels, ordering specialist products for CFA use and for off-site travel.
# Travel domestically and internationally for extended periods providing team standard service.
# Identify opportunities for self-improvement in any food preparation techniques, processes, and ways of working.


Experience in food and customer service.
Ability positively to react to changes and diverse situations.
Hold a currant health safety and food hygiene qualification.
Creativity with presentation of food.
Proven experience in a hospitality environment.

HACCP & Food Safety Level 2
