About Exemplar Health Care Hillside Court is part of Exemplar Health Care, one of the countrys leading nursing care providers.
Hillside Court is our new home that opened in January 2024, the home specialises in supporting adults living with complex mental health needs, neuro-disabilities and physical disabilities.
The home has 41 large bedrooms, each with an en-suite, across four units. We have communal dining and living spaces, sensory bathrooms, an activities hub, therapy room, consultation room, visitors suite and a large accessible garden.
We support people on their rehabilitation journey from hospital or living in a secure setting to community-based living, as well as long term support for people living with degenerative or life-limiting illnesses.
At Hillside Court we provide a supportive environment, where service users get the nursing care they need and are able to stay closer to their loved ones.
About the role As a Clinical Nurse Manager with Exemplar Health Care, youll play a key role in the daily running of our home.
leading a teamof care and nursing colleagues to ensure that peoples medical, physical, emotional and safeguarding needs are met
overseeing andmanaging all clinical elementsand risks
ensuring compliance with ourclinical governanceframework, regulatory requirements and CQC standards
supervisingyour Nursing Team to ensure that care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner and reflect interventions appropriately.
About you Above all, youre someone who identifies with our Exemplar Health Care values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork.
You must also have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN - Registered Mental Health / RMN or Registered Learning Disability Nurse / RNLD.
As this is a leadership role, you should have a minimum of three years post-registration experience and management or supervisory experience, training or qualification.
