Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager at Extension Architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project coordination, construction management, budgeting, and various other project management tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and establishing project objectives, schedules, and budgets for construction projects.
  • Managing stakeholders by fostering effective communication, addressing concerns, and meeting expectations.
  • Overseeing procurement and contract management, ensuring compliance, and resolving contract-related issues.
  • Supervising project execution to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Controlling project budgets, tracking expenses, and implementing cost control measures.
  • Assessing and mitigating project risks through effective risk management strategies.
  • Leading and managing project teams, assigning tasks, and fostering collaboration.
  • Maintaining project documentation and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Implementing quality control measures to ensure project compliance with standards.
  • Facilitating project closeout and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
