Job Description Senior Recruiter - Technology - Digital / Creative Agencies Team (Contract Division)

With the Creative Agencies digital technology team being one of the most successful parts of our X4 Technology brand within X4 Group we are looking to grow the team and bring on 2 contract recruitment consultants who are keen to join a fast-paced and high performance contract recruitment environment.

You will be based in London, Victoria Embankment which is close to Blackfriars, Temple, Covent Garden, Waterloo and the City.

You will be working for two of our top contract sales leaders in the business, we are looking for either graduate or experienced individuals to join with a passion to learn, work hard and become a go-to person in the creative agency market.

~ support from key client account growth strategy team

~ Our creative agencies team recruit for:

UI/UX, Motion, Animation, Video editing
Project / Product Management
Data Analysis

Can manage multiple systems, CRMs effectively, including hotlist development, client and candidate management, have structure to how you work
Strong on LinkedIn (in terms of outreach / personal brand) or creative in other areas to attract new business / good candidates
Understands the importance of phone calls / video meets. Our top performers on are regularly on the phone engaging with clients/candidates – not relying on emails/linkedin messages.
