This leading construction consultancy based to the east of Leeds has an amazing opportunity for a commercially focussed finance manager to join the team on a 6 month fixed term contract, that may transition into something a little longer.
The Finance Manager will be expected to operate as the day-to-day Finance Lead and the Company Secretary of their projects.
You will ensure that contracts in line with the multiple ongoing projects are being kept to, and are compliant in all areas.
Manage the business planning and operating financial model update process, including presentation to the Board and securing funder approval.
You will be comfortable managing senior stakeholders and be credible when presenting to, and challenging board members - act as a business partner in all aspects of your role.
