e are currently recruiting for a skilled CNC Turner to join a dynamic and innovative engineering company based in Northumberland.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation known for its high-quality products and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Set up and programme CNC machines (Fanuc / Mori Seiki wold be most advantageous)
Utilise a wide range of measuring equipment to ensure accuracy and quality in the machining process.
Complete all processes in accordance with Risk Assessments and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Read and edit existing CNC programmes to optimise output and quality.
Maintain and promote a high standard of housekeeping at all times.
Perform pre-shift and maintenance checks as required.
Proven experience as a CNC Turner, with expertise in setting and programming using Fanuc or Mori Seiki control systems.
Familiarity with Risk Assessments, SOPs, and Control Plans.
Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
