Job Description Are you an experienced senior finance professional looking for a change? I’m working with a fantastic, exciting manufacturing business that strive to be sustainable by transforming what would be waste, into great tasting products. This position will require expert reporting and candidates must be confident with PE board level interactions and negotiating with financial institutions. You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the business whilst overseeing and managing the Finance team. Contribute to the achievement of overall business objectives through the development and execution of the financial strategy.
Provide strategic financial insights to guide decision-making and growth initiatives.
In-depth understanding and analysis of margin, operating costs etc. to identify trends, risks and opportunities and provide data driven recommendations.
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports at monthly board meeting.
Ownership of company’s debt financing and debtor management.
Negotiating loans/other facilities e.g. Direct and manage the finance team to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and developed so that they carry out their responsibilities effectively.
Business partnering and application of financial information to all levels of management including Board of Directors & Investors.

You’ll be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCMA/CIMA) with a minimum of six years in a senior finance role within the food and/or beverage manufacturing industry. Proven experience of driving growth within the finance function and wider business. The business is keen to accelerate growth through commercial and strategic guidance and improving operational efficiencies.
