We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Fundraising to join our team and lead the development and delivery of our fundraising strategy. This is a key role in ensuring we have the resources to continue providing vital end of life care to our community of Blackburn, Darwen, Hyndburn and the Ribble Valley.
As Head of Fundraising, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a fundraising strategy, building relationships with key donors, and exceeding fundraising goals. Being confident in communicating to different groups of people and building relationships is crucial to this role, as well as ensuring high levels of customer service and experience to all our stakeholders.

With approximately 120 employees and over 250 volunteers, our people are our biggest asset whom we value tremendously. The hospice is a unique and special place, kindness and compassion are qualities that run throughout the hospice and our people truly believe in what we do.
We have an excellent, collaborative working environment with a generous holiday allowance of 27 days + Bank Holidays with the option to buy additional days.
