Due to rapid growth within the business, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerkto join our vibrant and dynamic team

At OCU Opals (Part of the OCU Group), we design, build, manage and maintain vital communications infrastructure for every-day use for a better-connected world. We work with major network operators, technology vendors and engineering companies to create the next generation of communication networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credit Control
  • Processing and managing the purchase ledger transactions for a wide range of suppliers as well as dealing with the queries from those.
  • Complete a weekly pay run
  • Handle Bank reconciliations
  • Set up new suppliers on internal systems
  • Line management of one ledger clerk

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in an accounts role or previous accounts training
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Comfortable with communication with all levels and through different methods
  • Proactive and driven
  • Experience to working and hitting deadlines
