Job Title: Part-Time Payroll Administrator
Hours: 3 - 4 days per week, 24 hours
Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join their team. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and experience in an office or administration, we want to hear from you
Assisting with processing payroll for 13 companies, with a total of 300 staff members
Preparation of payroll data including new starters, leavers, sickness, holiday, and pay variations
Data entry of hours worked into the payroll system
Making declarations to the pension regulator and processing pension payments
Assisting the HR team with additional HR administration tasks
Dealing with any tax enquiries and preparing P11'ds
Checking the integrity of the HMRC gateway to ensure agreement with PAYE
Office experience in administration, payroll, or HR (beneficial but not essential)
Computer literate
Sound knowledge of accounting basics and pensions is desirable
Casual dress code
