About the role The successful Support Worker will be able to build a positive relationships and provide specialist support in a classroom setting to cater for the special educational needs and disabilities of the children. This is a highly rewarding career that requires a flexible approach, creativity and excellent communication in order to engage the pupil with their learning. The ideal SEND Support will be patient, enthusiastic, resilient and motivated to promote the child’s progress. About the school School hours are 08:30am - 3:30pm, term-time only. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service. Salary £1,400 to £1,600 per month Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: to have or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
