The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our business by identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier tech professionals into exciting roles. This is a 360-degree recruitment role, offering the chance to manage the entire hiring process from client engagement to candidate placement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.
  • Proactively sourcing and engaging with candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from interviewing candidates to negotiating offers.
  • Maintaining and growing your portfolio of clients and candidates.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

  • Proven experience in recruitment (tech recruitment experience is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
