The role will take enquiries from initial contact through to completion of a sale and remain in contact with the customer post-sale to maximise opportunities for upselling from our range of add-on and consumable products. is to provide end-end product and technical support to Specac’s customers for our existing Product portfolio to meet or exceed sales targets set by the business. Qualify all inbound enquiries to website, sales inbox, or trade shows.
To report monthly on the performance of sales across assigned customer base relative to target. Where performance is below target, report on actions and initiatives to recover performance.
To pro-actively manage Specac’s CRM system for assigned customer base to ensure that it is constantly up to date.
To seek opportunities for personal and professional growth to enhance performance.
Ideally from a technical, scientific, or engineering background.
Experienced with CRM systems and can demonstrate effective use of reminders, notes, and activities to follow-up and close sales.
Comfortable interacting with customers by phone, email, and video call.
