Job Description

Purchase Ledger Administrator 22500 Nottinghamshire

We are currently recruiting a Purchase Ledger Administrato r for an extremely well established business based in Kirkby in Ashfield. This is a great opportunity to work within a thriving team within the finance department, responsible for reporting into the Purchase Ledger Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Processing supplier invoices
Allocating payments
Reconciling supplier statements
Dealing with enquiries into the department
Putting together invoices for payments
General administration duties

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience within a finance department
Good IT skills including Excel
Strong communication skills at all levels
Able to work to deadlines
Ability to prioritise own workload
