Luton Bedfordshire, United Kingdom TUI Cruises GmbH Full time

At TUI, we never stop looking ahead, seeking new ways to delight our customers and grow our business. We recognise the power of digital and the massive contribution this brings to creating a truly unique and differentiated customer experience. TUI is in the process of transforming from several market-based website selling platforms and inventory systems into one group system (OSP/TRIPS). The change programme has started with our Western Region and will then move onto our Northern Region before completing with our Central Region. The change is complex involving several streams of work with cross stream dependencies. The Sales stream of work is focussed on our selling systems.

In a nutshell you will lead the sales project planning across our holiday products and core customer capabilities, proactively monitoring progress, highlighting and resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action wherever necessary. You will act as a visible lead at project level, engaging with the teams and stakeholders and providing concise, objective and insightful communications to all colleagues and sponsors involved in the programme.

Please note the application closing date is Sunday 12th May

  • Risks & issues: proactive ownership of project relevant risks and issues, not just documenting and tracking, but actively working through options to resolve and mitigations. Where necessary size the impact and escalate as appropriate to programme manager and steerco.
  • Resources: Work with Product and & Technology teams in tracking the overall resourcing of the programme aligned to priorities, understanding the vacancies, recruitment status, upskill requirements and proactively recommending mitigations to overcome resourcing issues.
