What You’ll Be Doing

A CPO is required to write the next critical part of the journey . As the technical product partner, you'll be the architect of a platform that transforms lives.

You'll take the vision from MVP to a scalable solution that aims to serve millions, working alongside founders who bring deep business experience from the world's leading companies.

You'll be the captain of the product ship, steering them through:

  • Crafting the MVP and scaling it into a robust, community-driven platform
  • Building and leading a dream team of developers, designers, data scientists and engineers
  • Turning user stories into features that make a real difference
  • Creating a product that's not just used, but loved by the community

What You’ll Have

Vast Product design and management experience, B2C subscriptions preferable

Ideally, you’ve been in the trenches of early-stage start-ups, taking products from concept to scale

Hands on – can work on vision and strategy as well as rolling your sleeves up to be in the details initially

Come from a heavily user-centric design, user experience and user engagement background experienced with gamification

You have experience and thrive on data-driven decision making

Know how to build and inspire technical teams

Understands the unique challenges of the UK health tech landscape

It’ll Be Nice To Have:

Industry Experience Preferred: Dating, Matchmaking, Health & Fitness

Passion for solving complex health challenges

Data Privacy knowledge for Healthcare

AI/ML healthcare application experience
