Role Overview:

As an Asset Manager, you will support the General Manager in delivering the Management Services Agreement, ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the General Manager to meet agreement requirements.
  • Manage relationships between the project company and service providers.
  • Provide technical and asset management advice.
  • Review and assess contract specifications for compliance.
  • Monitor and report on FM service provider performance.
  • Ensure subcontractor compliance with national standards.
  • Assist in reviewing subcontractor lifecycle reports.

Key Attributes:

  • Hold up to date technical qualifications.
  • Strong background in asset and defects management.
