Supervisor, Warehouse - NorthlakeOur Incora Story is really taking off – we’d love you to join us for the journey.We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Supervisor WarehouseAs the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.The Supervisor Warehouse is accountable for supervising assigned warehouse personnel, functions, and activities, which may include one or more of the following areas: Receiving, Pulling, Bagging, Shipping, Kits & Government, Inventory Control, Customer Service, and/or as applicable, Facility departments and personnel. Oversight includes but is not limited to ensuring all products are received in good condition; traceability is secured; documentation and handling of product is in accordance with ISO9100; products are stored and preserved appropriately; and packaged, shipped, labeled and/or assembled in accordance with Incora standards, and customer requirements; as well as periodic and annual cycles counts, as applicable.The Supervisor, Warehouse will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, personnel, training and certification renewal procedures and records; as well as continuously evaluating the Warehouse efficiencies, staff, and work assignments to meet or exceed Incora’s Quality commitment to provide on-time and error-free management and delivery of products to our customers. Experience Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in multiple functions of warehouse or inventory management departments, with a minimum of 1 year within a lead position required Proven knowledge of the safety and legal documentation processes for handling related warehousing activities, including governmental regulations and ITARDemonstrated knowledge and application of AS9100 standard and proceduresDemonstrated leadership and administration skills and abilitiesDemonstrated strong motivational skills and effective team building capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to teach and train varying levels of employees by utilizing multiple methods of training and resources (such as on the job training, reading materials, testing, etc.) to ensure compliance with IncoraWork Instructions, specific customer requirements, and safety requirementsProven ability to be alert and aware of safety issues, identify opportunities for improvement, implement and communicate safeguards, and always apply safety standardsProven ability to effectively manage and train others to excellenceDemonstrated ability to resolve crises and engage in successful decision making/root cause analysis proceduresDemonstrated ability to efficiently coordinate working with internal and external customers and vendorsMost importantly you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.Courage Take ownership for issues and problems.Collaboration Share knowledge and experience with othersCommitment – Focus on ensuring internal and external customer expectations are met in a timely way.What Incora can offer you:An exciting package that includes great salary and benefits you would expect from a growing ambitious company, a chance to work in a first-class brand-new environment but most importantly we will offer you the chance to become part of our Incora story.We want you to share in the success of Incora, so every employee is eligible for one of our incentives programs.Incora offers 8 Paid Holidays with 2 additional Floating Holidays for all Full-Time employees.Full-Time Non-Exempt employees receive up to 80 hours of Vacation per year, increasing with length of service.
