This post requires some weekend / Bank Holiday working.
You will work closely with all Occupational Therapy staff within the O ccupational Therapy department at Addenbrooke's Hospital to ensure the delivery of high quality patient care that meets patient's needs and expectations.


You will, in liaison with the Professional Lead coordinate the day to day running of the service, including recruitment and retention, staff management and development and service delivery and development.

Degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy

Understanding of legal responsibilities of the profession, e.g. Leadership skills and ability to manage change with a commitment to improving patient services and developing staff
Able to develop a service in a systematic, thorough and decisive manner, utilising problem-solving skills
Proactive, innovative / creative / enthusiastic, flexible
Ability to travel independently to or with patients throughout the district
Flexible working to include some weekend working / on call at weekends and Bank Holidays
