BMR Solutions are currently looking to recruit for a Workshop Foreman/Controller in Newbury.
Job Title: Workshop Foreman/Controller
Contract: Permanent
Rate/Salary: Competitive Salary + Holiday + Bank Holiday + Pension
Hours: Monday to Friday. Are you experienced working in depot based roles, involving the service, inspection and repairs of mobile plant equipment or something similar?
Workshop Engineer required for a growing service provider who have a fantastic reputation within the plant industry. To apply for the role, as a minimum you must have supervisory experience within a workshop environment. You will ideally transfer from mobile/construction plant background and must have experience of leading a team in a similar environment.
You will have overall responsibility for the smooth running of a small but growing workshop. You will oversee 3/4 engineers/workshop technicians and manage their workload. You will be responsible for goods in and goods out and the overall quality standards of work.
