As our awesome Hotel team get ready for the opening of our BRAND-NEW overnight accommodations: The LEGOLAND® Woodland Village, they are expanding and have some exciting new roles that will ensure our guests receive the very highest standards on their overnight stay.
Joining the team as a Housekeeping Team Leader means you will lead a team of housekeepers, linen porters, and public area cleaners, all of whom work together to maintain the high standards of cleanliness that our guests expect and deserve on their overnight stay. You’ll lead by example, driving your team to deliver excellent guest interactions and, of course, beautifully clean and welcoming rooms and public areas. You’ll be a knowledge holder of the health and safety policies across your areas, monitor your stock levels (replenishing when needed) and motivate your team to exceed cleanliness KPI targets.
With our two existing hotels, plus our brand-new overnight lodgings, the Housekeeping team are going to have an epic 2024 season, which in turn means our guests will have an awesome stay with us, as a Housekeeping Team Leader you'll have the chance to directly impact our guests and make their overnight stay Brick-Tastic
Please note, internally this role is known as Housekeeping Shift Coordinator 
Proven experience working in a housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within a hotel or alterative overnight accommodation function
* Confident and comfortable to use cleaning equipment and chemicals, ideally with experience of reviewing COSHH and Risk Assessments
* 94 per hour
