Senior Product Designer
At VEED, our mission is to make video creation accessible to anyone.You’ll join as a Senior Product Designer within VEED.
Some of the initiatives that you will take part in include building new micro apps and landing pages, shaping a referral programme, running experiments and building features across our product (editor, dashboard, video view page) to optimize conversion metrics.
You’ll be responsible for working through design problems from beginning to end, gathering multiple perspectives, translating insights from data and research into design solutions. Product designers at VEED take responsibility every step of the way, from problem solving through to detailed UI and visual design, working closely with engineers and product managers to build, iterate and ship ideas. Own product design across Acquisition & Activation.
Lead end-to-end product design from ideation and co-creation, to problem framing and implementation, including prototyping, user testing and visual design.
Spearhead research initiatives of different kinds (exploratory work, usability testing, etc).
Operate across user funnels toevaluate and design a holistic user experience.
Drive decisions based on data and research. Take into account existing insights, technical constraints, business needs, and specific platform demands to produce data-informed solutions.
You're excited about creative tools. Ideally, you bring experience solving complex challenges and building flexible solutions in a similar space.
You are data driven. You use data daily to inform your decisions.
You love to collaborate with your cross-functional peers to shape and ship new ideas and concepts to millions of users.
You are comfortable looking at data, proposing and conducting research and coming up with new ideas that can drive growth.
You have the communication skills to help set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts. Also instrumental is the ability to speak confidently to your own design work and convince others of your reasoning.
You are a talented designer, with the ability to think big as well as the passion and persistence to polish the details.
