We are well established in land development but want to expand our civil stream in response to emerging opportunities and are currently seeking to engage a Lead Civil Engineer to join teams in the Warwick or Ipswich Office, ideally with the capability to augment services in other streams such as bridge engineering and/or heavy industrial engineering.

What you'll Bring

· Ability to lead and engage in a collaborative way, focusing on development of people, culture, and outcomes.

· Ability to mentor and nurture our staff with a keen interest in assisting with the career development of everyone in the team.

· Technical skills to lead in the delivery of relevant Civil Engineering services with a passion for best practises, continuous improvement, and innovation.

· You will be a permanent resident of Australia or hold/be progressing towards, Australian Citizenship.

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with 7+ years’ relevant experience and CPEng/RPEQ credentials

This role will best suit someone who it motivated with a strong work ethic, enjoys sharing technical knowledge and expertise, enjoys problem-solving, and aspires to live regionally but with access to major metropolitan centres.

Experience

· With the ability to support existing land development services, ideally the candidate will have expertise in one or more of the following:

o Geotechnical engineering, slope stabilisation, land rehabilitation and/or ground improvement.

o Road design and/or rehabilitation

o Water or wastewater engineering

o Pavement engineering

o Traffic and transport engineering

o Flood modelling

o Environmental engineering
