WE Talent are working with a continuously growing national business who are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to support and grow their existing client base. This is an ideal role for an ambitious candidate who is self-motivated and driven to progress their career. This role has an opportunity to earn uncapped bonus as well as an annual company bonus, so there is great scope for earning as well as title progression. Thriving under a busy workload, you will be working autonomously to source, generate, regenerate and nurture relationships with clients to generate sales. This role is working Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm (1/2 hour lunch) and will be working fully on site. Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads.
- Book and attend meetings with new and existing clients to discuss their needs.
- Negotiate with line managers to agree terms for ongoing business.
- Working to company targets and hit personal development goals.
- Attend networking events to promote the company.
- Complete compliance paperwork required .
- Developing relationship via phone, email, social platforms and face to face. You will be creative in your approach to win business.
- A confident communicator, this opportunity involves travel to meet clients and attend networking events.
- Proven and demonstrable sales success.
- Self motivated and able to take ownership.
- Strong literacy skills with the ability to draft and amend sales communications.
- Competitive commission structure (basic salary £27k-£30k + uncapped commission is in addition).
