A place of escape, bursting with wildflowers, olive and mulberry trees, grassy lawns and hidden nooks. An Art Deco gem created in 1938, The Roof Gardens has a legendary legacy. The Senior Digital & CRM Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and delivering brand marketing campaigns, activations and communications across all aspects of the member and guest journey. They will be the gatekeeper of our brand, ensuring consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints. They will work closely with key departments including creative, membership, digital, events, HR and finance to deliver marketing activity within budget and to agreed timelines and they will carefully craft our messaging and tone of voice in all member and external communications.


CRM: Strategically planning, executing, and evaluating the performance of CRM campaigns. As our internal Salesforce Marketing Cloud champion, you will create templates, build journeys, and develop tailored communications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors is key, ensuring seamless coordination of CRM projects throughout their lifecycle, from planning to reporting. Working closely with various departments, you'll gain insights into business and member needs, providing guidance on industry best practices and standards in CRM marketing. Additionally, you'll support the implementation of automated journeys aimed at nurturing relationships and improving communication with both active and inactive members.

Digital Marketing & Communications: Oversee the member digital journey and communications, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints with The Roof Gardens brand. Additionally, you'll set up the new marketing automation; designing, building, and refining campaign workflows. Collaborating closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll help enhance the social content strategy across relevant channels and utilise CMS systems like WordPress and Wagtail, where you'll maintain engaging and relevant web and app content. Working closely with various internal departments such as creative, membership, digital, events, HR, and finance, you'll ensure marketing activities are delivered within budget and agreed timelines while aligning with The Roof Gardens brand and tone of voice in all member and external communications.

Compliance: Ensure you adhere to all company practice and procedures including GDPR, health and safety, premises licensing and operating requirements as directed by management.

Duties and responsibilities may develop and change in consultation with line management.


Proven experience and expertise with Marketing Cloud is essential
A good understanding of the luxury lifestyle market, high end private membership clubs/hospitality businesses, or similar
Excellent command of English and confident communication skills
Passion for championing diversity, equality, equity and inclusion
Experienced with CMS systems (wordpress / wagtail) and Adobe Creative Suite skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
