As Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and working with high-performing influencers across new and existing in-house brands. Ensuring all content resonates with our target audiences.

Malaberg is a fast-growing scale-up in direct-to-consumer marketing, transforming lives with our health, wellness, skincare, and pet care brands. We’re known for our innovative product development, and culture of continual learning. Identify and recruit new brand ambassadors and influencers who align with our brand values and target demographics
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, thought leaders, and content creators. Ensure long-term collaboration
Content Strategy and Execution

Create and manage influencers’ and brand ambassadors’ content calendars
Ensure content is always of exceptional quality
Work with copywriters and video editors to create visually and verbally engaging content
Ensure content aligns with brand values and messaging
Leverage brand ambassadors to make the most of our working relationship

Performance Monitoring and Optimisation

Monitor and report on ambassador performance, using KPIs including engagement, follower count, impressions, and reach
Deliver a monthly report to senior management, with clear recommendations
Adapt strategy in response to real-time performance data
Brand Alignment and Compliance

Ensure that all influencer content complies with brand guidelines
Regularly update brand ambassadors and influencers on values, mission, and objectives
Ensure consistent, authentic representation and content creation

Work to differentiate our brands, and capture new and existing audiences


Experience - 3+ years of influencer management, preferably in health, wellness, or beauty
Digital Proficiency - Skilled use of social media, affiliate tracking, and web analytics. To forecast trends and monitor campaign performance
Helping you build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and internal teams
Analytical Skills - Analytical mindset, accomplished at data interpretation, KPI tracking, and campaign optimisation to grow revenue
Project Management - Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
