Manufacturing Management Accountant

As a Manufacturing Accountant you will be responsible for providing accurate product costs to the business and for producing clear financial information for the purpose of financial management and control.
Develop, implement and review controls to drive accurate and timely decision-making information, accounting and reporting for the Operations P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash-flow
Identify, mitigate and escalate risks and opportunities as appropriate
Business case preparation (eg new products, make vs buy, capital investment)
Liaise with Geely Commercial Vehicles to determine optimum production strategy between China and the UK
Present accurate and relevant financial information to Cost-Down Steering Group, Functional Reviews and ad-hoc meetings as required
Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience within manufacturing/automotive industry
IT & Finance system experience with advanced Excel skills
Experience within an OEM or Automotive setting preferred
Experience with automotive manufacturing or EVs is a bonus
