As the Assistant General Manager, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager to drive business performance and elevate customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations, implementing innovative programs, and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across our facilities.
Provide effective line management for department heads, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Develop and execute creative strategies for classes, junior programs, holiday camps, and fitness offerings to meet the diverse needs of our community.
Collaborate with the senior leadership team to achieve organizational objectives and KPIs.
Demonstrable management experience within the leisure or health and fitness sector.
Proficient in recruitment, payroll, and training and development practices.
