Job Description North Wind Capital is a multi-family office actively investing in real estate and real estate credit. We are seeking a senior analyst/associate to join the team as we continue to grow the business.
The ideal candidate will have some experience (1-3 years) of working in a bank or fund type of environment (ideally in real estate) and perhaps be seeking a move to the ‘buy side’ or to a more entrepreneurial environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Vice-President and Director of the investment team across the full spectrum of the business including appraising new investment opportunities, executing acquisitions, asset management and overseeing development of the portfolio, disposals and support for capital raising initiatives.
The role is currently office based 5 days a week and for immediate start.

Prepare weekly pipeline reports and trackers for senior management with projections for dispositions and acquisitions.
Financial modelling of potential acquisitions, financings and asset management initiatives.
Management of due diligence, working closely with internal legal counsel.
Reviewing and summarising output from internal and external professions including legal documentation, valuations, financial and tax due diligence and structuring.
Support the senior members of staff across the full spectrum of investing activity.

At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a financial services business or bank focused on commercial real estate lending ideally or potentially real estate private equity
· Excel modelling skills (including creating levered and unlevered models from scratch)
· Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree
· Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
