We’re Hiring: Data Modelling Specialist - UK Citizens Only

Experience - 10 to 18 years

Location - London-UK

About the Role:

As a Data Modelling Specialist, you will design and implement conceptual, logical, and physical data models tailored to business requirements. Your work will support analytical, BI, and operational use cases within our advanced data platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a Data Modelling Centre of Excellence .
  • Define and execute the Data Modelling Framework and architecture.
  • Provide guidance to federated modelling teams and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Drive clarity on Business/Data Domain definitions and agreements.
  • Support initiatives like conceptual (CDM), logical (LBM), and physical data modelling (PDM).

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Entity Relationship (ER) , dimensional, and NoSQL modelling.
  • Strong skills in SQL, DDL, DML, and PySpark scripting .
  • Hands-on experience with tools like ERWIN, Visio , and platforms like Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, Databricks .
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
