We are looking for a SAP B1 consultant who is interested in working for a software development and consulting house, who offer the world’s most advanced Environmental, Waste Management, and Recycling software globally. You will be directly working with clients on large ERP implementation projects. The role is mostly remote, with occasional (once a month) travel to the office.
Configure and or customize SAP, including infrastructure, SQL, Crystal, Spindle and AWS activities.
Deliver all the necessary consulting services for ERP projects.
Perform system/software upgrades for clients. Assisting in project consulting activities
Providing training and support as required
Handle technical support issues raised through a Jira helpdesk system within the set timeline
Write operational documentation and provide subsequent support and training to users.
Support and hand-hold the clients for software changes and new functionalities. Develop, implement, and document test plans for system testing.
Undertake the testing of the software for errors, identify the source of problems, and proposes solutions. Make internal recommendations concerning software/system quality.
Assisting with customer support and account management
Knowledge of SAP B1
Experience in SAP B1 Implementation Confident in writing SQL Queries Experience of Crystal reports
Basic understanding of AWS services
Experience in writing functional requirements/designs Excellent communication skills
Able to demonstrate excellent business English skills both verbally and written
Experience of using Jira Experience of using Confluence Knowledge of the Waste Industry
Able to work confidently with major operating software including MS Office Visio
