We are seeking an Interim HR Systems Configuration Specialist to help them tailor and optimise their Zoho system. With this in mind deep knowledge of Zoho (HR) is essential along with implementation of Zoho (HR) or system optimisation and change experience with Zoho (HR)

Lead the optimisation of Zoho platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR strategy.
Work closely with HR, IT, and other relevant departments to define system scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop the project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Identify and manage project providing solutions and mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on new systems and processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience working with Zoho (HR) either implementation or major system change programme
Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is preferred.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
