As the production Manager, you will be directly responsible for ensuring that your team leaders successfully manage their teams to achieve the highest standards and production rates. As this role is new to the site it's a fantastic opportunity to make your mark on the production team by implementing new processes and fine-tuning existing ones.
Previous management experience within an FMCG will be crucial, with Feed Mill experience being highly sought.
