Senior Sales Negotiator - Winkworth, Royal Leamington Spa
Winkworth Leamington Spa have an exciting opportunity to join the business as we grow our office network into the West Midlands. Working alongside the Franchisee, the Senior Sales Negotiator will be a driven and energetic individual, who values providing quality customer service and surpassing sales targets.
This role will suit an applicant looking to benefit from industry training and additional responsibility as they grow their agency career.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of one year’s industry or related experience as a Sales Negotiator.

Answer telephone, online and walk in enquiries, in accordance with company standards, and be proficient at converting enquiries into sales viewings and offers.
As a brand representative, the Senior Sales Negotiator will be an initial point of contact for new applicants and established clients, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service as soon as they enter.
Work towards relevant objectives and KPI’s set by the Franchisee or a Sales Manager and monitor their performance.
Participate in the promotional activities to develop the office.
Proven track record of achieving and overachieving sales targets.
