Due to growth, we are looking to recruit a Client Planning Advisor to join our existing Client Services team based in Milton Keynes on a full-time and permanent basis.
About the role
In your role as a Client Planning Advisor, you will be responsible for:
Liaising with both external clients and internal colleagues via telephone and email
Scheduling client appointments utilising all available planning tools
Providing short- and long-term planning solutions to ensure monthly delivery and relevant KPI targets are met
Ensuring all administrative tasks associated bookings are processed in a timely and accurate manner
Negotiating with customers in relation to diary moves to minimise the number of changes necessary
Resolving customer dissatisfaction through feedback received via the customer survey process
Identify opportunities to grow the business through communicating relevant products and services to existing customers
Handling inbound and outbound calls in an effective and efficient manner
To be successful in the role, you should possess the following:
The ability to interpret geographical knowledge to support cost effective booking of client visits
Excellent telephony manner with ability to effectively communicate at all levels
Ability to manage and negotiate conflicting situations on the telephone
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Target focused and driven to achieve team results
