You will be involved in the completion of telephone assessments with individuals with various physical, mental health and/or learning disabilities and then writing up a full report based on your findings. The role as Disability Assessor is a step away from the normal clinical role and involves no treatment, diagnosing, decision making or hands on care, however, you will still be using your clinical skills and knowledge, completing in depth assessments, and writing accurate and detailed reports.
Have an active registration with NMC/HCPC with no restrictions on practice.
No previous Disability Assessor experience is required as training is provided.
Hybrid working split between site and homebased
can be flexible on the split
Full and part time hours available
Salary uplifts of £1000 at 6 and 12 months* + optional paid overtime following successful completion of probation
£500 refer a friend scheme*
Reimbursement of NMC/HCPC pin once you have passed probation
Regular training to support CPD and revalidation
25 days annual leave + additional birthday leave + Holiday buy back/ sell scheme
